Shipping & Production Times

Orders are sent out within 24-48 hours of purchase. 

Typical delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on location + Shipping Method. Some orders may be delayed during busy months (October-December). Please note once an order is given to the carrier, we have no control on when it arrives or what happens to it.

All orders are are packed and shipped in the order in which they are received. We pride ourselves in getting out all orders within 24-48 hours of purchase.

If an item is a pre-order item, it will be noted in the listing and is available for purchase before it hits our warehouse. Pre-sale order items will ship as soon as they become available. You can find an ETA on pre-order items at the top of their description. Sometimes the ETA can vary due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you will be notified.  

Please note, shipping times estimated at checkout are from time of shipping not time of order. Shipping times are not guaranteed by Fancy Tide. Items are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipments once they are picked up by the carrier.  All orders have tracking included in the shipping confirmation email, once an order has shipped and you can follow along once you receive it.  

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  Once an order has shipped the shipping address cannot be changed. If an order is returned to us, shipping will need to be re-paid before the order can be reshipped. In many cases, additional fees will be required as well if the carrier charges us to send the product back to us. 

If a customer enters the incorrect shipping address they will be responsible for return shipping fees and shipping fees to send the product back out. If a customer does not want us to send the product back out, your order will be refunded, minus what it cost us to ship it to you and/or the carrier to return it to us. 

New products or replacements for orders returned to sender, will not be shipped until the original, undeliverable order has been returned and received by us.

Fancy Tide is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in the transit. Thankfully, many shipping carriers will help cover such instances after an investigation.

If an order tracks as delivered but is not received please check back doors and porches as well as with neighbors, as carriers do occasionally make delivery errors.  If you are concerned about package theft in your area, please request that your order be sent with signature required to ensure it is received, or have it delivered to a secure location.  Please note that signature required is an additional fee. If an order tracks as delivered but is not received and unable to be located by the customer it is then considered stolen. There is no insurance we can add to an order that will replace or refund an order that tracks as delivered.  If there is a delivery issue with your order please contact the shipping carrier immediately for assistance.

If an item is lost in transit or cannot be delivered, the buyer must contact the shipping company to resolve any shipping issues and or file any claims with that shipping company so the item can arrive safely to them. Once an order leaves our facility we cannot be responsible for any item not being delivered as it is then out of our hands and shipped to the address that was provided at checkout. Sadly, we cannot file a claim on your behalf (we would if we could to ensure a hassle free transaction with us).  If an item is lost in the mail and cannot be delivered, a new order must be made.
