Refund policy

We do not accept returns due to mind changes or not reading descriptions properly. However, if there is something wrong with an item we of course will fully accept responsibility for a return. All issues must be reported within 7 days

If a return is accepted, buyer is responsible for return shipping fees (unless there is a mistake/damage on our end). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Upon receiving your package and inspecting it, your refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 business days. 

Shipping fees is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error or something else happened during shipping. If we messed up, we take FULL RESPONSIBILITY!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days for the full product cost, we cannot refund shipping fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
